M3 short thread inserts for your 3D printed parts: The ruthex threaded nuts can be subsequently inserted into parts of 3D printers, such as Anycubic or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded in a blind or through hole. Firm hold with simple application: Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the pressure part. The opposing spiral knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high tightening force. The guide makes insertion much easier. Stable & durable screw-in threads: The inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that every press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to insert. The screw-in thread can also be reused by carefully removing it from the press-fit part when it is no longer required. Suitable for various plastics: The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. For example, the knurled nuts hold in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic of the part around the brass sleeve cools and hardens again, the internally threaded sleeve is firmly anchored. Practical thread insert set: The ruthex thread insert set RX-M3Sx4 consists of 100 press-in nuts with an M3 internal thread and a length of 4 mm. The threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasonic and heat embedding.
