The DIN 335 Form C 90° ASP countersink and deburring tool is made from powder metallurgical metal, which provides higher cutting edge stability. It delivers excellent results in stainless steels, Hardox 400 steels, titanium, and titanium alloys. The ASP countersink and deburring tool made from powder metallurgically produced high-speed steel has a consistent, fine-grained material structure compared to conventional HSS steels. This gives it good hot hardness, pressure resistance, and wear resistance. It is ideal for stainless steels, corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant steels, titanium, and titanium alloys. Additional technical specifications: feed rate: 0.22 mm/rev.
