Product details
The forming tap consists of cobalt-alloyed, nitrated, and vaporized heavy-duty high-speed steel. Applications include non-alloyed and alloyed steels up to a strength of 1000 N/mm² and non-ferrous metals. Since shaping is done without cutting, there is no interruption of the fiber course in the material. The deformation creates very rigid threads, ensuring consistent accuracy even with high productivity.
