The RUKO core drills with Tecrona coating and carbide cutting edges are versatile for use with non-hardened steels and super alloys. The Tecrona coating is the ideal coating for all drilling tasks that put extreme stress on the tool. It adheres very well to the tool, which increases the surface hardness to about 4200 HV due to the wear protection coating. The friction coefficient is extremely low with this coating, which enhances the tool life with minimal wear. They can be used in all pillar and magnetic base drilling machines with Morse taper in conjunction with RUKO holders or Weldon shank direct mounts.
