It is designed primarily for use by sensor manufacturers to produce commercial quality thermocouple contact pads. It is ideal for producing large quantities of thermocouples with unprotected contact points for testing and development laboratories. The L60 thermocouple welder is ideal for mounting transmitters and RTD extension cables. The thermocouple welder requires no special skills, and most users can achieve high-quality results with just a little practice. The unit comes with a variety of user accessories including foot switches. Suitable for use with wires up to 1.1 mm in diameter as argon filled shielding is provided, however a good thermocouple contact can be made without argon. The output energy of the L60 thermocouple welder can be set up to 60 joules....
