Type = O-Ring Gauge

The gauge has metric and imperial scales. O-Ring Gauge. The BS or ALS size of small O-rings is identified by comparing the silhouettes along the gauge. Larger O-rings are set around the two halves of the associated stem at the top of the gauge. The guide is then pulled out until it is tight, and the BS or ALS size is shown in one of the small windows near the top of the main body. To determine the size of standard BS1806 and ALS-568 O-rings ring size is identified by notches on the top.
