Cordless hand-held electric threading die for producing pipe threads to EN 10226 (old DIN 2999) on steel pipes to DIN EN 10255 M-H, in sizes from R1/4″ to 2″. It features a four-fold faster return travel thanks to reverse gear, with forward and reverse travel. The cutting heads fit tightly due to direct mounting with a snap ring lock, allowing for thread cutting close to the wall with an external cutting head mount. It provides high and constant transmission torque at full load, making it ideal for hard-to-reach areas such as corners and shafts. The device ensures a secure hold in both directions of rotation thanks to hardened, prism-toothed design and is maintenance-friendly with permanent lubrication. It is equipped with a brushless motor for wear-free operation and long service life. The rechargeable battery (CAS/AMP system) allows for cordless working and increased electrical safety.
