Welding Wire Repair Kit for Film Welder PFS-300B Version 2011. Repair set for 300 mm film welders Version 2011 - Please pay attention to the dimensions!

Consists of:
1x Welding wire and 2x Cover tape

Welding Wire:

• Length: 347 mm (Center-to-center of the attachment loops)
• Width: 8 mm
• Resistance: 0.4 Ohm, for machine power (approx.) 430 W
• Inner loop diameter: 4.5 mm

Cover Tape (upper): Teflon/glass fabric cover tape, L=325 mm, W=35 mm

Description:
Welding band and cover tape for 300 mm bar welders with coding. Please note the exact dimensions, as there are different versions of these machines with slightly varying welding wire dimensions. In particular, the wire length and loop diameter must match to ensure easy installation of the wire. The lower cover tape (Teflon, self-adhesive, installed between the welding bar and welding wire) is not included but is available in rolls in our shop.

When installing, please pay attention to the following points:

• The lower cover tape must be smooth and free of bulges or edges.
• The wire must not have any kinks.
• The wire must not be pulled over sharp edges; these should be rounded or covered with Teflon tape if necessary.
• Due to temperature fluctuations, the wire length changes with each welding process; therefore, any abrasion points reduce the lifespan of the wire.
• The upper cover tape must be installed and tensioned smoothly without folds or wrinkles.
• For devices where the welding wire is screwed in, ensure that the loop does not rotate when screwing in (hold in place/adjust).
