Product details

Blade made of spitzal steel, handle made of walnut wood, brush removable for cleaning, blade and brush foldable. The curved design allows intuitive handling, and with the crushed blade, mushrooms can be cut directly without crushing them to remove the first coarse dirt. The brush at the end of the knife is the ideal helper for hand cleaning.
