Execution: X-ray – bi-alpha-cobalt: High-performance bi-metal bandsaw blade with tooth tips made of alloyed high-speed steel (HSS, 67-69 HRC) M42 and a backing band made of high-alloy spring steel. Note: Breaking in a new blade: See GARANT Machining Manual No. 110010 and information page. Usage: Combination tooth 0° – Very low vibration, for large cross-section range (for pipes and profiles, solid material up to a maximum of 70 mm). Combination tooth 10° – Universal for large cross-section range (for solid material from 50 mm). Normal tooth 0° – For small to medium cross-sections up to a maximum of 70 mm cutting length. Normal tooth 10° – For larger cross-sections from 50 mm cutting length.
