Machine suitability: The XT70 X-LOCK cutting disc is suitable for handheld use with angle grinders of all power classes, including low-powered machines and cordless models. Material suitability: The XT70 X-LOCK is specifically designed for use on stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), such as 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel, also known as construction steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037, or carbon steel), and cast steel. Construction and manufacturing: The cutting disc contains high-quality corundum (aluminum oxide) and two full-area fiberglass fabrics. The minimum side load for the cutting disc is 40 N according to EN 12413 and oSa. The expiration date (three years) is embossed in the bore ring. Through extensive in-process controls during production, consistent quality is ensured. To provide maximum safety, every thousandth disc is destructively tested. This is a flat disc (shape 41). Flat-shaped cutting discs allow for greater immersion depth and thus more cuts. Quality: To work even more economically, RHODIUS cutting discs from the PRO and TOP quality lines or with CERAMICON technology are recommended. Application: In use, the XT70 X-LOCK impresses with a particularly light and fast cut. The disc is characterized by low spark generation, stable use, and excellent running smoothness. It makes work easier and is particularly economical. Precise and quick work with thin-walled materials is no problem. This RHODIUS quality tool is especially suitable for cutting construction steel, thin sheets, stainless and acid-resistant steel, cable ducts, beams, and profiles. Dimensions: The extra-thin X-LOCK cutting disc, with a disc width of 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm, is available in diameters of 115 mm and 125 mm and is compatible with angle grinders from various manufacturers.
