The Reed R6018 dual moisture meter is designed for moisture determination through measuring pins or contactless methods. This dual function moisture meter can detect moisture in wood and building materials by using pins or by running the instrument over the surface area, which is a non-destructive method. The R6018 features icons that indicate low, medium, or high levels of moisture, along with an audible alert that increases in frequency as the detected moisture level rises.
