Reading is inaccurate. Waste of money
I put it in newly watered soil, it registered 2. I submerged it in water, reading was just 5. It’s useless. I just wasted my money

This is not a moisture monitor
Unsuitable as a moisture monitor. The first test showed that even after several minutes of use in a well-moistened plant pot, it indicated "dry". When placed in a glass of water, the indicator jumped upwards, but immediately returned to "dry" when removed.
So it's more of a water level indicator for hydroponics? However, it says "not suitable for continuous use".
If the value of the goods was higher, I would return the two devices, but it's not even worth the effort.Easy to use, accurate
Helps me a great deal not to overwater my indoor plants. Easy to use and easy to clean.
