Test your soil for a healthy garden. To test the soil in garden beds where you plant shrubs, perennials, vegetables, or fruits, dig 10 cm deep with a trowel and take a small sample at that depth. For lawns, annuals, and houseplants, take a sample 5 to 8 cm below the soil surface. A simple system for preparing your soil samples. Compare your test results for pH, N (nitrogen), P (phosphorus), and K (potassium) with the included color chart. A total of 4x 20 tests. German manual and pH preference list included.
