For children aged 3 and over and adults with small or sensitive ear canals. - Carefully pull the earlobe downwards and insert the earplug by holding it between your thumb and index finger. Press gradually with gentle movements until you feel that it seals well. - To remove the earplug, pull it out carefully with a slight twist. - Clean the earplugs after each use with lukewarm water and a mild soap.
