So, I can now answer this question for myself after contacting Wolfcraft. The operating instructions on page 16 show a kind of "bridging pliers". These are used to activate the safety button and the switch-on button. After that, you can only access the switch and the machine will run.
It is a pity that this manual is not downloadable here and cannot be attached to the answer. I also received a whole Excel list with the hand tools that fit on the table. So the support at Wolfcraft is exemplary.
On the workbench there is a switch with which the attached devices can be switched when plugged in there. The Swiss version has a T12 plug and a T13 socket. The EU version has a Schuko plug and a Schuko socket. This saves two adapters (Schuko - CH and CH - Schuko)...

When you talk about euros, I assume that you found it in Germany. In Germany, products can cost 100% more. You are also talking about completely different wage ratios and taxation.
