Yes you can.
I'm not sure - probably not. I do use CarPlay - but only with cable. But I love the device! Especially because of the sound quality and because it's one of the very few that only needs a simple installation slot! :)
I only drive a Citroen C3 but I have never noticed anything wobbly.

An ISO adapter is included. With VW, Audi & Co. you still have to swap the cables 'red' (ignition plus) & 'yellow' (permanent plus). The cables are prepared for this (insulated flat plugs) as shown in this picture: https://tinyurl.com/y2hmhqto
Yes, it can be retracted with the radio switched on. You can actually install it in any car with a double din slot.

Yes, it should work. A friend also had one in the Mini.
In principle, it works with any DAB+ antenna. However, I would recommend an active antenna.
