This should not be the case and we sell this item regularly. This CH version is not only sold by us, but also by some of the other largest suppliers in Switzerland. The Nuki is mounted on the inside of the existing cylinder and turns the key there. With conventional cylinders, it can happen that the door cannot be opened from the outside if a key is inserted on the inside. A cylinder with an emergency and danger function is therefore recommended for operation.

Yes, it is compatible with a CH rotary knob lock using a specific adaptor available for this type of cylinder. This adapter can be used with cylinders such as Keso or DOM with knob, according to user feedback and the Nuki compatibility guide. Check the exact compatibility of your cylinder via the Nuki app to confirm the key protrusion and thickness (≤4 mm, protrusion ≤37 mm).

Hello, No, the Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) Cylindre CH (Smartphone) is not compatible with a Keso lock equipped with a rotary knob inside. It requires a key inserted in the cylinder and does not work with a rotary knob. To check the exact compatibility of your cylinder, use the official Nuki tool via their app or website. If you have more details about your model, our community can help you further.

No, the Smart Lock Pro (5th Gen) is not compatible with a door knob. It requires an inserted key in the cylinder and is no longer compatible with knob cylinders, unlike previous generations. Adapters are available for knob cylinders, but these do not fit the new model due to the compact design. If you have a door knob, I recommend the compatibility check on the Nuki website or the Smart Lock Ultra.

Yes, the model works with knob cylinders, but the knob must be removed. For compatibility, you need a suitable Nuki adapter, which serves as a connection between the knob cylinder and the Smart Lock. Nuki offers adapters for various knob cylinder manufacturers such as EVVA, CES, Cisa, Abus, Keso, Dormakaba, Winkhaus, Dom, Nemef, Yale and M&C.

No, it is not necessary to drill holes in the frame to fix the Nuki knob. The lock is mounted on the inside of the door using the existing cylinder and mounting plate (clamp or adhesive), thus without additional holes in the frame.

No, unfortunately it doesn't fit. Unfortunately, I had to return it for exactly the same reason and switch to the Nuki Go.

Yes, the product fits a Swiss Keso lock with a special red adapter. Whether inside with key or knob, it works with knob cylinders like Keso, but check the cylinder overhang (<6 mm) and key width (≤4 mm). Compatibility with older adapters is not guaranteed for the 5th generation, use the Nuki compatibility check.

The key still works from the other side when the lock is installed, as the Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder is compatible with existing cylinders that have an emergency and danger function, allowing manual key operation from the outside even when the smart lock is installed on the inside. However, compatibility issues can arise with certain knob cylinders (e.g., KABA or KESO rotary knob systems), where adapters may be required or the key function may be limited or not work properly without changing the cylinder. For standard Euro profile cylinders with emergency and danger function, the key remains usable from the outside side.

Hey, I had ordered the lock, I have a Keso system with a rotary knob. I then bought a self-printed adapter (of good quality) on Etsy, but even with this it couldn't be installed because the distance was too great and the lock could no longer be pushed up to the door. If you really want to be sure, take the 4th generation, which has been proven to work with a rotary knob...

I've had the Nuki Pro with adhesive mounting for about a month now. So far it has held perfectly and makes a very solid impression! However, I haven't set it to the super fast closing mode. But I don't think that should be a problem either.

You can only pair one Keypad per Nuki Smart Lock; it is not possible to connect one Keypad to multiple Smart Locks. The Keypad is therefore always connected one-to-one with a single Smart Lock.
