The Pro version is expected to be launched in Switzerland towards the end of Q1/2022, then of course here at Digitec.
The best variant is to additionally mount a keypad outside with a secret code chosen by you - then you can always open your door - should the mobile phone be empty, lost or, we hope, not stolen. The same function can also be performed by the Nuki FOB, but then you would have to take it with you or leave it somewhere (e.g. in the car). Of course it also works "old-school" and you leave an emergency key somewhere in the bushes, but this only works if your cylinder can be unlocked from the outside when the key is inserted - this is called the Prio function here in Switzerland.
The Pro version has integrated WiFi and a rechargeable battery. The standard version still requires the bridge if the lock is to be opened via WiFi/Internet. Otherwise it only works locally via Bluetooth.

Yes, there is a way to power the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 instead of using batteries. For this you need the separately available Nuki Power Kit, which contains a power supply and a connection wire to connect the Smart Lock directly to a power source. With the Nuki Power Kit the Smart Lock 3.0 can be operated without interruption and without changing batteries.

Switzerland does not have the same cylinders as the EU, hence the different versions.
The Nuki can also be used without the so-called priority function (= lock can be turned from the outside even if a key is inserted inside). Of course, this is only recommended if there is a second entrance. In a flat with only one entrance door, there is a risk that you lock yourself out if the Nuki does not work anymore. I ordered a locking cylinder from www.fand.ch. I was able to enter all the details in the form that is available for download. The cylinder was then delivered directly by DormaKaba. But the price is steep and higher than the price for the Nuki. I recommend contacting a locksmith of your choice and getting a brief consultation. No problem at all!
Hard to answer this question in general. My door also sticks a bit and the force of Nuki is completely sufficient. I think the most important thing is whether the lock has the possibility to slide into the groove without pulling. If this is possible, but a little more force is necessary, this should work in my opinion. Without guarantee 🙂
No and the old "sensor" (magnetic plate) does not work anymore, because Nuki has changed the sensor and the way it works.

Hi chregi91, mine has been in use for almost 5 months now, with daily use the batteries were replaced last week. So the runtime is very good. It should easily be enough for your application 👍 Greetings
The door sensor is good so that the system knows whether the door is open or closed. You can also use it without a sensor, but it would be good.

It works, but there are different attachments. Mine came with an adapter for the Kaba lock. However, the adapters can be purchased as desired.
