The white one is a travel adapter. The black one at the end is a fixed adapter. Each from a German Schuko plug to a Swiss type 12 plug. I can't tell which picture is correct for the product offered here because the manufacturer's no. in the Digitec specifications is unknown to Max Hauri. What exactly are you looking for to solve a problem?

Travel plugs, such as this product, are not permitted in Switzerland for permanent use. Travel plugs have an internal 10A fuse. Normal Swiss sockets (type 12/type 13) are also only approved for a maximum of 10A. However, the 2'800W mentioned are more than 10A. It is therefore not possible to give the correct solution directly without knowing more about the device. By the way, if an electrical appliance was bought at Digitec and the plug is wrong / does not fit. Digitec is obliged to deliver electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
