We checked with the supplier and found out that only Zumo 595LM and Zumo 590LM are compatible.

According to the compatibility list, the charger is also compatible with the DriveAssist 51 LMT.

Is the power cable suitable for zümo 396 and what is the transformer for which you also offer?
Yes, I have used this cable myself for a 396. Flawless.
I cannot say, as I use the charger for the suction cup mount of the Zumo 660 and BMW Navigator.
