Hello. Hopefully I am still looking and purchasing this scooter. Can you tell me if I order it, is it delivered and assembled and ready to go? I also have a very small tiny dog, same size as a small cat would you have a dog basket, would you adive I use a bike Helmut? Also my pregnant daughter lives in Chancy. Will the scooter have a good enough power to go there and back. And is there enough light to ride at night time. I thank you very much and thank you for your understanding.
