This Delta 2 Max is the EU version and has Schuko sockets. You cannot plug a Swiss 3-pin plug directly into it; for that, you need a CH to Schuko adapter. Flat 2-pin Euro plugs fit without an adapter. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version with CH outlets.

You can order the EcoFlow 400 W (Lightweight) portable solar panel, which is the ideal solution for the Delta 3 Max. This panel is recommended for fast and efficient charging, with a power of 400 W and IP68 waterproofing. The EcoFlow 220 W bifacial panel is also compatible and can be used in tandem to achieve 440 W of charge. The station accepts all panels between 110 W and 400 W, with a solar input of 12 to 60 V and up to 500 W of maximum power.

This device is not designed for outdoor installation as it lacks water and dust resistance ratings and should be kept away from rain and high humidity. It has no IP rating for protection against water or dust ingress, so exposure to rain or dust outdoors is not recommended. The operating temperature range is not explicitly stated, but similar EcoFlow products with LiFePO4 batteries typically require protection from extreme cold and moisture. For indoor use without direct solar inverter charging, the best setup is to charge the device via AC power from the grid or a car charger, then use it indoors to power appliances. It supports fast AC charging (up to 1800W) and car charging (12V/24V, 8A), allowing flexible recharging options indoors. Ensure the device is placed on a stable, dry surface with good ventilation and avoid exposure to excessive heat or moisture indoors.

I have connected 435W panels to each of the two MPPT connections. Works great. The panels very rarely have more than 400 W, but this is not due to the EcoFlow, but more to the installation angle of the panels, the weather and the outside temperature... You need the right cables from EcoFlow so that the charging power is not limited by the plug, which is a protective mechanism for charging from the car alternator/battery.

The EcoFlow Delta 2 Max is not only designed for 2-pole appliances, but also has 4 Schuko sockets that also support appliances with earthing. This means you can easily connect a coffee machine and an Airfryer, both of which are earthed. The Schuko connections are earthed as standard so that the connected appliances are guaranteed to be earthed.

We currently only have the EU version of the EcoFlow Delta 2 Max in our range. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer the CH version as we do not have a corresponding offer from our suppliers.

Yes, that's the case. I have just measured the charging cable for the cigarette lighter that comes with the Delta 2 Max. I used to connect third-party panels directly to the Delta 2 Max, but now I use the PowerStream.

I will return the PowerStation I bought on Tuesday. It is NOT compatible with the Swiss power grid. The CH version costs approx. 2,200 and only has one AC output enabled. I won't know whether it will be supplied with a CH socket until GALAXUS sends me the newly ordered CH version. My 2nd PowerStation (Delta 2) is from Mediamarkt. This only has an AC output, but with a DE socket, so I have to use an adapter plug...

The two EcoFlow Delta 2 power stations are basically identical. The only difference is that the power station with the article number 37271141 is intended for the Swiss market and is equipped with a three-pin AC connection, while the power station with the article number 35693913 is intended for the European market and has a Schuko socket.

Hello and yes, according to the article number, this Delat will have the "Schuko plug". Possibly (as with our smaller one) 2 or 3 of the 4 sockets are also glued with a plug (something to do with the Swiss standard for such devices) - we were able to remove the plugs from ours easily (using a paper clip shaped like a hook and a small pair of pliers)...
