The Smartvest app on your iPhone is probably crashing as a result of an app or iOS update, missing authorisations or an app bug.
Possible solution steps: 1) Update the app in the App Store and restart the iPhone, 2) Delete the app completely, check the remaining memory, then reinstall, 3) Ensure that all necessary authorisations (network, camera, microphone) are activated, 4) Check the iPhone memory and clean up if necessary. If the problem persists, contact ABUS support.
Yes, you can connect multiple motion detectors to the Smartvest alarm panel. The system is expandable to up to 32 wireless components, which means you can add multiple motion detectors to comprehensively secure your home.
Yes, the radio-controlled socket can be controlled with the motion detector. The system makes it possible to create scenarios in which certain actions, such as switching on a lamp, can be triggered by movement. This is done via the app, which offers intuitive operation and programming.
Yes, you need this. The main station is connected to the Internet (Ethernet cable).
The motion detectors and door sensors then work with battery and radio
Hello, I meant the alarm system itself cannot be controlled using a schedule. Wireless sockets can be programmed with up to 10 schedules.
However, the alarm system can be switched on and off via the APP on the mobile phone.
Hello Aline_71
Thank you very much for your question. The answer from M-zgraggen is basically correct, BUT: the setup and programming of the Smartvest alarm system is done via an app on a mobile phone and this must necessarily be operated in a WLAN. Once the programming has been done, the alarm system can also be operated independently of the WLAN thanks to the radio components, but a visual and acoustic siren (Galaxus Art. 5946450) would then also be necessary for the alarm. For external programming of a SmartVest system, please contact one of our specialist installers (addresses at www.abus.ch).

I have installed on 3 floors. The sensors are not connected via WLAN but via a separate radio system that works like WLAN. I have also connected smoke detectors that are even in the adjacent building and it works.
