The towing rope can be used for various applications; however, please note that it has a maximum weight limit of 3000 kg. Caution: Please refer to your vehicle's operating manual! Before using the towing rope, check for any damage or wear. Only attach the towing rope to the designated towing eye of the vehicle. A red flag must be permanently attached to the middle of the rope. Self-towing is only permitted if the towed vehicle's brakes, steering, and lighting are functioning. For vehicles with power steering and brake steering, more pedal and steering force is required when the engine is not running. Place the warning triangle in the rear window and turn on the hazard lights. Keep the ignition of the towed vehicle switched on. Avoid the rope rubbing – the towed vehicle must ensure that the rope is always taut. The towing vehicle should start slowly, shift quickly, and accelerate gently.
