By briefly pressing the button, it switches to 60% brightness. Pressing it again switches to 30% brightness. A further press changes it to strobe mode. Press it again to turn it off. However, if you hold the button down for about 3 seconds, it switches to 100% brightness mode. Holding it down again will turn it off immediately.
