The Promat DIN 6539 Type N spiral drill is a highly advanced tool specifically designed for precise drilling in a variety of materials. With a diameter of 3.4 mm and an extra short design, this drill offers excellent stability and control during use. The TiAlN coating enhances wear resistance and extends the tool's lifespan. The drill features a point angle of 118 degrees and a cross-cut starting from a diameter of 2.0 mm, making it ideal for drilling in steel castings, gray cast iron, hard cast iron, manganese, hard steels, bronzes, as well as light and non-ferrous metals. Additionally, it is also suitable for fiber-reinforced plastics and other thermosetting plastics, highlighting its versatility. The precise nominal diameter tolerance of h7 ensures accurate drill holes, while the right-hand cutting cylindrical shank allows for easy handling.
