Pouring

Ready-to-use acrylic paints for pouring applications. Colors can be mixed to create different shades. Amazing marble effects are achieved by slowly moving the poured surface and allowing the liquid mass to flow. These paints can be poured directly onto a substrate. Alternatively, they can be poured into a glass without mixing, and then the contents of the glass can be poured onto the substrate (canvas, wood, or other). By adding a few drops of silicone oil to the colors before use, surprising cellular effects can be achieved. Since the perfect liquid texture of our product can lead to sedimentation, it is advisable to shake the bottle before use and let the paint rest for a few minutes to allow the air trapped from shaking to escape.

Technique No. 1 Monochromatic Pouring

Pour one color at a time onto the substrate. Move carefully so that the colors slide and flow into each other randomly. Allow the result to dry once the desired shapes and stripes are achieved.

Technique No. 2 Multichromatic Pouring

Pour one color at a time into a glass without mixing the contents. Pour the contents of the glass over the substrate and wait for the colors to slide and flow into each other. Alternatively, the substrate can be placed on top of the glass, turned upside down, and lifted with a more or less rapid motion depending on the amount of content. Move the substrate gently to allow the colors to flow. Once satisfied with the result, let it dry. Important: Colors continue to move even while drying. It is normal for excess paint to run off the substrate. We recommend wearing gloves and an apron and protecting the work surface, as the paint is permanent once dry.
