Pramac Electric pedestrian stacker

Electric pedestrian stacker with a load capacity of 1000 kg and fork dimensions of 1153 x 150 mm. It features electric driving and electro-hydraulic lifting, powered by a 0.35 kW drive motor and a 2.2 kW DC lift motor. The energy-saving MOS-FET drive control allows for proportional speed regulation, and creep driving with a vertical tiller is possible in tight spaces. The drive unit is constructed with a robust steel sheet frame and fully complies with the requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC, ensuring CE conformity.

Equipped with a horn, an emergency stop switch, and a full foot protection, the stacker uses semi-traction batteries that provide an operating time of approximately 2 hours. It features a safety switch for the drive with easily accessible controls and a butterfly-style direction controller for sensitive, stepless starting and stopping. The lift and lower controls are located at the tiller head, and an LED display shows the battery status. There is also a button for the horn and a safety button to protect the operator, which activates a direction change when pressure is applied against it.

The practical aisle width is 2120 mm, suitable for pallets measuring 800 x 1200 mm in length orientation. Upon request, the load capacity can be increased to 1600 kg, with a lifting height of up to 5000 mm and a wide chassis.
