Pramac Electric pedestrian stacker

Electric pedestrian stacker with a load capacity of 1000 kg and fork dimensions of 1153 x 150 mm. It features electric driving and electro-hydraulic lifting, powered by a 0.35 kW drive motor and a 2.2 kW DC lift motor. The energy-saving MOS-FET travel control allows for proportional speed control, and creep travel with a vertical tiller is possible in confined spaces. The drive unit is constructed with a robust sheet steel frame and fully complies with the requirements of Directive 2006/42EG, ensuring CE compliance.

Equipped with a horn, emergency stop switch, and all-round foot protection, the stacker uses semi-traction batteries that provide an operating time of approximately 2 hours. It includes a safety drive switch with easy-to-grip controls and a direction controller in butterfly design for sensitive, stepless starting and stopping. The actuation for lifting and lowering is located at the tiller head, and an LED display indicates battery status. There is also a button for the horn and a safety button for driver protection, which activates a change of direction when counter-pressure is applied.

The practical aisle width is 2120 mm, suitable for pallets measuring 800 x 1200 mm in lengthwise orientation. On request, the load capacity can be increased to 1600 kg, with a lifting height of up to 5000 mm and a wide track chassis available.
