LED pendant lights for industrial lighting in indoor and outdoor spaces, made from a die-cast aluminum housing coated in a grainy gray polymer powder finish after prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics unit consists of lenses specifically designed for maximum performance and optimal light distribution. The lenses are made from a specific polycarbonate that ensures the highest possible light transmission as well as UV and heat resistance. It features a symmetrical optics design. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) provides high compensation performance and resilience. The cable compartment cover is made from high-performance polymer. The power connection is made via a quick-connect socket-plug for outdoor use IP66, allowing for connection to the power supply without opening the luminaire. This is made from PA66 with contacts made of silver-plated brass for cables with a diameter of 9-12 mm. The light source consists of multiple LED modules. A hanging hook made of galvanized steel and external screws made of stainless steel are also included. When used in environments where natural oils or mineral oils are present, or in atmospheres that are incompatible with polycarbonate, a protective glass is required, which is available as an accessory.
