Made from quality steel grade C 45 according to DIN 17200. Forged head with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating through an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. Rail and pin finely ground by hand. With a double-curved hickory handle and nickel-plated shock protection sleeve. Hickory handle: high-density hardwood, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, with a tension sensor measuring the performance of the nozzle on each product, followed by a pressure sensor controlling the resin installation.
