Product details

3-piece blacksmith hammer set 300 - 500 - 800 g with impact protection sleeve made of quality steel grade C 45 according to DIN 17200. Forged head with heat treatment through induction of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating through electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. The rail and pin are artisanally finely ground. With double-curved hickory handle and nickel-plated impact protection sleeve. Hickory handle: hardwood of high density, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, a tension sensor measures the performance of the nozzle on each product, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin.
