The moisture indicator P 5201 is suitable for both professional use and hobby projects. This device allows for the preliminary checking and monitoring of moisture levels in wood, masonry, and other materials. The measurement range extends from 0.0 to 100.0. The building moisture meter features a 3 1/2-digit LCD screen with white backlighting. The large letters and symbols enable quick reading of the values. The material moisture meter operates on the principle of high frequency and electrical resistance, measuring at a depth of 20 to 40 mm. Upon switching on, it performs a self-calibration to ensure accurate measurement results. The device has an acoustic warning signal and displays moisture values with adjustable alerts such as "Dry," "Risk," and "Wet," corresponding to the respective building materials. It is shock-resistant and has an automatic shut-off feature. Included in the package are batteries, a case, and instructions. The device measures 65 x 235 x 30 mm and weighs 250 g.
