Portable turbidity meter according to ISO 7027 with two automatically switching measurement ranges of 0 to 50 NTU and 50 to 1000 NTU. The PCE-TUM 20 turbidity meter is a compact device equipped with a large display, meeting all requirements for on-site turbidity measurement. The measurement range of 0 to 1000 NTU is divided into two automatically switching ranges to increase accuracy. With its user-friendly keypad, the PCE-TUM 20 turbidity meter is very easy to operate. An LED is used as the light source, operating at a wavelength of 830 nm in the infrared range, making it invisible to the human eye. Since the measurement is conducted in the non-visible range, any coloration of the sample has minimal impact on the measurement. The arrangement of the photodiodes at 180° and 90° angles allows for transmission measurement in the high range and scattered light measurement in the low range. With the included calibration standards of 0 NTU and 100 NTU, you can calibrate and adjust the PCE-TUM 20 turbidity meter at any time. The PCE-TUM 20 turbidity meter meets all standards required by EN 27027 and ISO 7027.
