The storage can be triggered directly on the PC, or you can let the USB sound level meter record on-site with a delay. After transferring the values to the PC, they can be analyzed there. The included software also generates a graph for trend display. Additionally, the software allows for the setting of alarm limits. Exceeding or falling below these thresholds is indicated by a blinking LED. The internal real-time clock with date enables the user to accurately assign events. A special feature is the power supply of this USB sound level meter via a long-lasting internal 3.6 V lithium battery. Depending on usage, the battery life is approximately one year. The tripod connection and wall mount allow the USB sound level meter to record data over an extended period.
