The PCE-DRB 2 fructose refractometer is a high-precision, waterproof handheld device specifically designed to determine the sugar content in various liquids. With a measurement range of 0 to 90% Brix, it allows for quick and easy analysis of saccharides such as fructose, glucose, lactose, and maltose. The measurements are displayed on a large digital LCD screen in two lines, enhancing readability and user-friendliness. Thanks to the internal light source, measurements can also be taken under artificial light conditions without distorting the results. The funnel-shaped stainless steel ring protects the glass prism from mechanical damage and facilitates the application of the sample liquid. This refractometer is used in fruit harvesting, quality control in the food industry, as well as in fruit sorting and assessment.
