Nickel is resistant to air, water, diluted acids, lubricants, and most alkalis. Another feature of the nickel surfaces is the aesthetic enhancement of the turning tools. This 5-piece turning tool set includes tools for longitudinal turning, flat turning, chamfering, and roughing. All tools in this set come equipped with the same ISO indexable insert TCMT090204 (carbide, TIN-coated) in their original condition. For specific applications, these carbide inserts can be replaced with other cutting inserts that are suitable for the material being processed. You can find these special indexable inserts in our range. Standard inserts can also be reordered individually or in sets of 10. The set is completed with a Torx key needed for changing the inserts. For clear and proper storage, the turning tools are delivered in a high-quality box with a foam insert.
