Nickel is resistant to air, water, diluted acids, lubricants, and most alkalis. Another feature of the nickel surfaces is the visual enhancement of the turning tools. This 7-piece turning tool set includes tools for longitudinal turning, flat turning, chamfering, grooving, threading, and roughing. All tools in this set come equipped with ISO indexable inserts (carbide, TIN-coated) in their delivery state. For specific applications, these carbide inserts can be replaced with other cutting plates that are suitable for the material being processed. You can find these special indexable inserts in our range. Standard plates can also be reordered individually or in a set of 10. The set is completed with the Torx key needed for changing the cutting plates and an Allen key. For clear and proper storage, the turning tools are delivered in a high-quality box with a foam insert.
