The individual components of this set are made from C235 steel and cast steel. Assembly (see image "assembly example"). The clamping iron (also called clamping pad) with an elongated hole is attached in such a way that one end rests on the workpiece to be clamped. The other end is supported by a base, the step block. The threaded rod is positioned as close as possible to the workpiece and is secured at the lower end on a plate or the machine table using a T-slot nut. A hex nut is mounted at the upper end of the stud screw. This applies clamping force through strong tightening. As a result, the workpiece cannot slip, allowing for safe and quick work on the piece. The clamping pad set has a maximum clamping height of 64 mm. Thanks to the practical wall holder, the individual clamping elements are stored neatly.
