Product details

The individual components of this set are made from C45 quenched and tempered steel (material number 1.0503) and have undergone heat treatment. This results in an increase in tensile strength, among other benefits.

Assembly: The clamping iron, which is equipped with an elongated hole (also known as a clamping pad), is fixed in such a way that one end rests on the workpiece to be clamped. The other end supports itself on a base, the step block. The threaded rod is positioned as close as possible to the workpiece and is secured at the lower end on a plate or the machine table using a T-slot nut. A hex nut is mounted at the upper end of the stud screw. By tightening it firmly, the clamping force is applied, preventing the workpiece from slipping. This allows you to perform your tasks on the workpiece safely and quickly.

The clamping pad set has a maximum clamping height of 64 mm. The practical plastic case keeps the individual clamping elements organized.
