The individual components of this set are made from C235 steel and cast steel. Assembly is carried out as shown in the "Assembly Example" image. The clamping bar, also known as the clamping pad, which has an elongated hole, is attached in such a way that one end rests on the workpiece to be clamped. The other end is supported by a base, the step block. The threaded rod is positioned as close as possible to the workpiece and is secured at the lower end on a plate or the machine table using a T-slot nut. A hex nut is mounted at the upper end of the stud screw. This applies clamping force through strong tightening. As a result, the workpiece cannot slip, allowing for safe and quick work on the piece. The clamping pad set has a maximum clamping height of 70 mm. Thanks to the practical wall holder, the individual clamping elements are stored neatly.
