The individual components of this set are made from C235 steel and cast steel. Assembly is carried out as shown in the image "Assembly Example." The tensioning bar, also known as a clamping pad, is attached in such a way that one end rests on the workpiece to be clamped. The other end is supported by a base, the step block. The threaded rod is positioned as close as possible to the workpiece and is secured at the lower end on a plate or the machine table with the help of a T-slot nut. A hex nut is mounted at the upper end of the stud screw. By tightening it firmly, the clamping force is applied. This prevents the workpiece from slipping, allowing for safe and quick work on the piece. The clamping pad set has a maximum clamping height of 64 mm. With the practical wall holder, the individual clamping elements are stored neatly.
