10-piece clamping pad set for 10 mm T-slot width and M8 thread. This set is designed for the quick clamping of workpieces, tools, or fixtures.

Material properties: The individual components of this set are made from C45 quenched and tempered steel and have undergone heat treatment. This results in an increase in tensile strength, among other benefits. Manufacturer's hardness specifications for all components: 32 HRC.

Assembly: The clamping element (step block) with an elongated hole is mounted so that one end rests on the workpiece to be clamped, while the other end is supported on a step clamping bar. The pin screw is positioned as close as possible to the workpiece and secured at the bottom end on a plate or the machine table. A hex nut is mounted at the upper end of the pin screw. By tightening it firmly, the clamping force is applied, preventing the workpiece from slipping. This allows you to work on the workpiece safely and quickly. The clamping pad set can be used for workpieces with a maximum height of 64 mm.
