All blades are made of 12C27M stainless steel and have a hardness of 57 - 58 HRC. With a carbon content of at least 0.40%, the alloy ensures low brittleness, good cutting ability, and a long-lasting high sharpness. The handles are made of French beech wood, which features a beautiful homogeneous grain with characteristic fine and dark streaks, and is very durable and resilient due to its hardness. Starting from knife N°06, the blades can be locked in both open and closed positions with a safety ring. The display case is a beautiful and extravagant gift for collectors and knife enthusiasts.
