Product details

This knife belongs to the traditional line. The blades are made of stainless steel and the handles are made of natural varnished beech wood. Our stainless steel is a Swedish steel, 12C27 modified (Sandvik). The addition of chrome gives it high resistance to corrosion and means that it does not require special care. Thanks to a carbon content of at least 40%, it offers an excellent cutting quality.
