This knife belongs to the traditional line. The blades are made of stainless steel, and the handles are made of natural-colored lacquered beech wood. This stainless steel is a modified Swedish steel, 12C27 (Sandvik). With the addition of chromium, it has high corrosion resistance and requires no special maintenance. Thanks to a carbon content of at least 40%, it offers excellent cutting quality.
