Product details

This knife belongs to the traditional line. The blades are made of carbon steel and the handles are made of colored lacquered beech wood. The carbon steel has excellent hardness, ensuring high cutting quality as well as good wear resistance and allowing for easy resharpening. The carbon is only slightly corrosion-resistant: it is recommended to use the blade only in a dry environment and to wipe it down with a dry cloth and oil it after use.
