Applications: Flexible hose for liquids and gases, as well as for abrasive solids. Suitable for the food industry and pharmaceutical industry, including foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals. Ideal for conveying materials such as rice, dry foodstuffs, cereal products, sugar, powdered milk, coffee, tea, cereals, flour, and frozen foodstuffs. Also applicable in powdering and powder dusting, printing industry, hose pumps, pneumatic hoses, compressed air hoses, cooling water hoses, water hoses, and heating hoses. Serves as an inner hose for guiding media and includes pneumatic expansion shafts with round and flat expansion hoses (special types available on request).

Properties: Highly flexible and abrasion-resistant, can be driven over and treaded on. The wall is food-safe according to EU regulation 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, and the latest EU regulation 2015/174. It is odourless, tasteless, microbe and hydrolysis resistant, with good oil, petrol, and chemical resistance. Offers very good cold flexibility and is RoHS and REACH compliant, with a manufacturing process according to GMP EC 2023/2006.

Construction: Wall made of special Premium Ether-Polyurethane (Pre-PUR®).

Temperature range: -40 ºC to +90 ºC (short term +125 °C).
