Nord-Lock X-Series wedge lock washers, made of steel EN 1.7225, are through-hardened for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. They prevent loosening due to vibration and dynamic loads, compensating for loss of preload force due to settling and relaxation. These washers provide precise preload with defined and uniform friction, are reusable, and maintain constant friction conditions.
